Clever Christian! Have a treat!

Come pat the Chritsian over at this blog!

He is so cute! Yes he is!

This atheist assumes that God could not be real, and then runs with it. That is the essence of atheism; assume God can't exist, then hit the road preaching.
Poindexter says he won`t hire atheists, because if they deny God exists, they will also deny management exists. His blog is pure genius.

jeezuz - looks like we have a little blogSWAT team here! Seems a few of us gave him some raw perspective on the matter.

Imagine the Xtian scientific world - all drugs woud be placebos, mowers would be lawn ornaments (until the grass grew tall over them), everything would look ok but wouldn't actually work.

Thinks he's changed his mind now? Probably not. But maybe he will think twice about enaging further in the current Xtian fad - peeing on athiests.

When I had a job, sometimes I wished the management didn't exist too.

Methinks he has lifted his frock, and scampered off, taking his glass house with him. And rev? I don't see that the lawnmower will ever replace the Blessed Bathtub.

Hi, Alleee - Clever Christian here, alive and well. Thanks for pointing out my dubious analogy for 2 reasons. One, I really don't have such a policy (not hiring atheists). Two, atheists tend to make great managers. Work is everything to them.
I disagree with the atheist worldview however, and will use my cleverness to dissect it.
Your article on Jesus' bad weekend was interesting. I agree that millions of people have suffered more than he did. One reason why Jesus is special is that he got up on Monday and went to work. Yeah, I know you don't believe that, but I'll believe a few hundred people's testimony, esp. since most of them lost their heads or limbs when all they needed to do was deny it ever happened.
I appreciate your comments on the gay couple attacked by the Moroccan men. I was shocked that this story didn't get very far in our media. It's very bizarre.
Take care, and I hope you're not really hellbound.

OK, since you are clever, what is "the atheist worldview?" I would like to know, since I might have to adjust my own to fit it.

There are no eyewitness testimonies to Jesus' "resurrection." The bible does not count as testimony any more than the book of Mormon or Dianetics. In court, that would be called "hearsay." (Actually, it SAYS that it's hearsay. It's more like "Frodo said that Sam said that...")

BTW, even in the story, the apostles don't recognize him. They have to be told. How the fuck do you not recognize someone you've been hanging out with for three years? Or did he already turn into the dead sheep with the seven eyes and seven horns?
